At KR Dance, we believe in nurturing solid technical skills but also instilling a love and enjoyment of dance that each student will carry throughout their lives. 

 

Kathryn, Clare and Amely have been friends, fellow trainees and colleagues from the age of 16.  All three of us are Graduates of the prestigious full time training at the Royal Academy of Dance in London and all hold the highly regarded Licentiateship of the RAD.  This training, plus many different CPD courses and experience in teaching at all levels for 30 years means that we are highly skilled and knowledgeable teachers of Classical Ballet with strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure safe training as well as artistry and musicality. 

 

We currently offer ballet classes from Nursery age to Intermediate Vocational Ballet, and prepare and enter students for RAD examinations.  The focus of classes is both on enjoyment and attainment, and we are committed to developing and encouraging confidence and the love of dance for each of our students.
